1. Why am I banned from this server?
   Reasons for getting banned:
   - Cheating or playing in a cheater's team
   - Violating 8-man team limit rules
   - Exploiting map glitches or System
   - Advertising of any kind
   - Spamming or raiding the Discord channel
   
   
2. What is AseanPanda Anti Cheat and how does it work?
   AseanPanda Anti Cheat collects data on a player and uses heuristics and AI to determine whether the player is cheating. Suspicious activity will either result in an automated ban of the player or be reported to admins for further investigation.
   Below is a list of data that is collected from players (up to 7 days):
   - Movement, look, and combat data
   - Connection logs including IP Address*
   - Player name*
   - Locale information*
   - Base design including lock codes
   - Interaction with other players
   - Player reports
   - Chat logs*
   
   RPC functions may also be called on the player's game client in order to match the identity of banned players via certain attributes:
   - Related to CPU
   - Related to hard disk
   - Other potentially inferrable information
   
   *May be stored indefinitely
   
   
3. What is Team Tracking System and how does it work?
   The Team Tracking System tracks all interactions between players.
   This server allows teaming/clans, however, having a team of more than 8 players is not allowed for a wipe.
   Below is what is considered teaming:
   - Joining a team
   - Joining up to raid a base
   - Alliance of any kind (includes building friendly bases next to each other)
   - Offline players kicked to add new players
   - Splitting your team into different smaller teams
   - Sharing loot or giving resources to a different player/team
   
   If such interaction is detected, the Team Tracking System will group those players as a single team.
   Teams of more than 8 will be given a choice to blacklist the extra players via the dashboard or be banned.
   Blacklisted players will be banned for 3 days if they attempt to rejoin their old team.
   
   
4. What is the Points System and how do I redeem vouchers from it?
   The Points System is meant to reward players for playing in AseanPanda servers. Points are rewarded every minute for non-idle playtime.
   Rewards can be redeemed via the dashboard by typing /info in-game and clicking on the store button.
   Upon buying a voucher, a unique code will be presented, copy the code and make a Discord ticket for redemption.
   
   
5. What is included in VIP and how do I get it?

6. Why is this server advertised as 2x but it feels like I am getting more?
   The farm and gather rate is increased to 4x in order to benefit newbies or fresh spawns.
   Once the system thinks that you are no longer a newbie/fresh spawn, your farm and gather rate will return to 2x.
